As far as Achte Minute knows there are no VDCH-teams in Kyiv right now participating Kyiv Open 2009. Chief Adjudicator G. Rhydian Morgan twittered these motions:

R1: THW introduce a global one child policy
R2: THS military intervention in Iran
R3: THW ban the use of all animal products
R4: THW pay Afghani citizens not to fight for the Taleban.

There should have been one more preliminary round and we have no informations about the break and the semi-final and final rounds.
