He is a member of the debating  society at Hamburg University where he works on his Ph.D.  thesis in history.<\/p>\n<p>Simeon Reusch will be in charge of the German debating tournament series ZEIT  DEBATTEN for the forthcoming  year. He is doing his Bachelor studies in Philosophy and Politics in Halle where he is also a debating society&#8217;s member.<\/p>\n<p>Philipp Stiel, German Champion 2010, will be VDCH&#8217;s press officer. He is doing his Master in\u00a0 International Economics and Finance  at T\u00fcbingen University and of course he is an active and successfull member of Germany&#8217;s oldest debating society Streitkultur T\u00fcbingen.<\/p>\n<p>Tom-Michael Hesse has been  appointed bursar of VDCH.
