The conveners will be <b>Sarah Rust<\/b> and <b>Jordy van Rijsingen<\/b>. According to the information on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/685341651541168\/\"><b>Roosevelt Open facebook page<\/b><\/a>, the tournament is supported by the European Commission, Province of Zeeland and the municipality of Goes. This promotion video has been published by the conveners:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/oFPzEMWDCtQ?rel=0\" height=\"315\" width=\"420\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The Roosevelt Open will feature five preliminary rounds with seven minute speeches, semi-finals, a final as well as a novice final. The team cap is 40 and the n-1 rule will apply for judging.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Adjudicators (CAs) will be <strong>Ben Dory<\/strong>, <strong>Bionda Merckens<\/strong>, and <strong>Gavin Illsley<\/strong>. Equity Officer will be <strong>Roel Becker<\/strong>. Registration costs \u20ac25 per speaker.
