Speaking against them were\u00a0<em>We are utility monsters, give us the 1 <\/em>(<strong>Karthik Tadepalli, Tejas Subramanian<\/strong>) in Opening Opposition, <em>WSDC Canada Rejects\u00a0<\/em>(<strong>Trenton Sewell, Tyson Dennis-Sharma)<\/strong> in Closing Government, Putting the <em>Fun in Dysfunctional <\/em>(<strong>Franka Boender, Ayal Mor) <\/strong>in Closing Opposition. The motion read &#8220;<span id=\"cch_f27f3ba1fc1178e\" class=\"_mh6 _wsc\"><span class=\"_3oh- _58nk\">THBT, after meeting their basic needs, individuals have a moral responsibility to donate their wealth towards poverty alleviation&#8221;.<\/span><\/span> The adjudication panel was chaired by Hadar Goldberg and also included <strong>Connor O&#8217;Brien, Milla Huuskonen, Omer Nevo<\/strong> and<strong> Simon Luo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ESL final was won by <em>Something Peter Singer (We don&#8217;t remember fully) <\/em> (<strong>Samuel Scheuer, Marius Hobbhahn<\/strong>) in Opening Opposition. It was convened by <strong>Sally Kwon<\/strong> and <strong>Tricia Park<\/strong>. The Chief Adjudication Core included Dan Lahav, Sharmila Parmanand, Omer Nevo, Sella Nevo, Connor O&#8217;Brien, and EnTing Lee.
