The 4th UCU Open will be held in Utrecht, Netherlands on the 29th and 30th of November 2013.

The registration for the BPS tournament will open on the 1st of September, the fee is 30€ per participant, judges are free (N-1 rule applies).

There will be 5 preliminary rounds with a break to semi finals.

Sam Block will serve as CA (DCAs: TBA)
