Birmingham IV 2013 The University of Birmingham Debating Society is delighted to invite you all to the Birmingham IV 2013! It will take place from December 20th untill 22th. Both convenors (Jamie Batchelor and David Irvine) have just finished an Erasmus year in Berlin.
