Zagreb EUDC 2014: Applicate now as Chief Adjudicator!Nika Jelaska, Convenor of Zagreb EUDC 2014 has announced that the Deputy Chief Adjudicator process has just started. The application form can be downloaded from the webpage. Selection Criteria: Zagreb EUDC plans to appoint five Deputy Chief Adjudicators. The Org Comm says, that they have a strong preference for a geographically diverse adjudication team, with DCA’s that come from all over the continent. Report shows spread of Misogyny and Sexism within Debating[caption id="" align="alignright" width="324"] Front page of the report[/caption] During the Glasgow Ancients Final the Team of Opening Government, defending the motion "This House Regrets the Centralization of Religion", was booed and "shame"-d by male debaters in the audience, adding to the list of problematic remarks on women in the Glasgow Debating Union observed during the weekend. SOAS OpenThe Debating Society of the School of African and Oriental Studies in London has anounced the SOAS Open 2013 which will take place on August 3rd.
