Tonight will take place the Tilbury House Summer Open Pre-Party at Bar Radio One, Zülpicherstraße 15, Cologne (here) from 6pm. All debaters are welcome to drop in. Tomorrow the tournament will start at 9am at Philosophikum. There will be four preliminary rounds and at 7.30pm the final.
