One of the biggest IVs on the UK debating circuit is back:  The Manchester Debating Union invites you to Manchester on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2014.  There will be four rounds of seven minute speeches, an open break to quarters, an ESL break to semis and a novice break to finals.  Registration is now open.

• Reg fee: International teams £35
• Judging: strict n-1 policy.
• Independent Judges – if you have chaired at a major competition before and would like to apply for travel funding please email: manchester [dot] iv [dot] 2014 [at] gmail [dot] com with details of your debating and judging experience, plus the location you will require transport from at the time of the IV.
